hi peeps! i'm blogging from my friends house in KL right now. came back from genting after a 3 day 3 night stay there. i met fangyu at the genting themeparkand in awana hotel. also met weng chen at the cablecar station. first day in genting was pretty much average. we checked into the hotel in the afternoon and spent the whole day playing badminton and doing archery.

2nd day:
we woke up in the morning and ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant. buffet breakfast of course. was delish! then we met the others and went to the cable car station to take a cable car up to the themepark. BUT................ when we got there, we had to go up till' the 7th level before we could get a parking space. and when we got into the station, the queue for the tickets was very, very long because it was apparently a public holiday in malaysia. but( yes, another turn of events.) it turned out that we had already booked the tickets before hand and we could get in. but( u guys are probably tired of this by now...) there were still too many people queuing up to get into the cable cars and we finally decided that we weren't gonna go up. so we drove all the way( actually only 5 min) back to awana hotel. we spent the rest of the day lazing in the room watching V for vendetta on TV. when afternoon came we ate cup noodles for lunch and went to shoot some arrows!!! (in other words, archery) was lucky that day and got 2 bullseyes. also the malay instructor was super kind and kert giving us free arrows. :) then, wei, ning and i went swimming in the HEATED pool of the most fabulous awana hotel. and then, surprise, surprise, i met fangyu. she was also swimming but she didn't see me.....aww......played on the slide with abs and hannah then went back to hotel room to change and get ready for dinner. went to eat at gohtong jaya as usual and made plans to wake up the next day to attempt to make it to the themepark again.

day 3:
woke up at around 9:00am and went for buffet breakfast again. lontong rocks!!! (but mixing it with milk will make you throw up) after breakfast went back to room and changed again, this time to jeans and t-shirt cos' we're going up to the themepark. this time, when we went to the cablecar station, it was damn empty............ queued up for the cable car and guess what? met wengchen and family!!!! was a very, very nice surprise. fooled around in the line playing with my cousin's and all that..........then when we got on the cablecar, my crazy cousins+me, started waving to all the passing cablecars and yelling "merry christmas!" at the top of our lungs!!!! it was very fun until one point in time that the cable car started breaking down and stopping every 5min. so, the 10min ride became a 25min ride. when we got to the themepark (finally!) first thing we tried out was the spinner! the spinning thing with all the swings attached...... it was so-so, not that trilling though....... 2nd one was my favourite!!! SPACESHOT!!! was very, very out-of-wordly experience and all of you'all should try it!!! then, we went to take the pirate ship. and then thundermine train where i met fangyu again and this time she saw me too!! later, we went to have KFC for lunch and then wei, chicky and me went to go ride the flying coaster. after the flying coaster, it was back to spaceshot 2, yes 2 more times. that about concludes my themepark trip. went back to the hotel and didn't go out for dinner, adults da pow back for us lar......then we sleep..........

day4 verging on day 5:
today we woke up, ate breakfast and then we had to go checkout. but not before wei, ning and me went to catch fish in the nearby drain which is very dirty and overgrown with moss i might add........but in the end we still had to let all the fish go and we also had to bathe... :( checked out of the hotel and then got into car and drove to uncle foong's place. was greeted by macy andshadow at the gate. their so cute!!! later in the afternoon, went cycling with adelia and played basketball too! then we went to their new house and swam at their pool which is quite, quite fantastic i might add. then we went to eat dinner at the "sloping street". came back and played cranium and now i am typing this at whoops.......... it's 1am. good morning. and since i have written such a long ass post, i probably deserve a good morning's sleep now. good night. morning. whatever. :)
