islands
I don't have to leave anymore. What I have is right here. Spend my nights and days before.
Searching the world for what's right here. Underneath and unexplored. Islands and cities I have looked.
Here I saw Something I couldn't over look. I am yours now. So now I don't ever have to leave.
I've been found out. So now I'll never explore. See what I've done.
That bridge is on fire. Going back to where I've been. I'm froze by desire. No need to leave.
Where would I be. IF this were to go under. It's a risk I'd take. I'm froze by desire. As if a choice I'd make.
I am yours now. So now I don't ever have to leave. I've been found out. So now I'll never explore.
So now I'll never explore.

Its at times like these you hope.

SAs have been really stressful, stupid, worrisome and just plain horrible. Chinese was really sad cos' I didn't finish and History, I didn't too.

I mean, reflecting on how much effort I had actually put into the studying and all that crap, I guess I deserved it. But it's still really depressing to know that your standards of work have fallen so far since the past year.

Everything's more complicated now. I'm busy almost every moment of my life, I've even not watched TV for almost a month and all this is really bugging me now. I have zero life outside school right now.

And sometimes when you see you've fallen short, despite everything; the blood, the sweat, the tears, you're dissapointed. You ask yourself if it was worth it, and most of the time, even if it wasn't, you convince yourself it was, then try harder.

It's stupid, but it's what keeps you hanging on.
